Honestly one of the best quality of life changes in Borderlands 4 is that you can now fast travel from anywhere on the map by opening your map and clicking any discovered fast travel location, in BL3 you had to physically walk to a fast travel station which was annoying when you were stuck in a corner of the map after a boss fight, now you can teleport straight to the nearest station from wherever you are, but you still need to discover each location first by visiting it at least once, so this guide covers every fast travel station in the game because missing even one means you can't teleport there from the outer edges of the map

The Scraptrap Nest station is particularly useful if you're farming XP using the scraptrap respawn trick.

Fast Travel Farming Route Optimization

Once you know all the fast travel locations you can plan efficient farming routes that minimize travel time between bosses and loot sources, the best route for a general loot farming session is: spawn on Sanctuary III (check Lost Loot Machine and Golden Chest) → fast travel to Graveward on Nekrotafeyo (boss kill) → fast travel to Killavolt on Pandora (boss kill) → fast travel to Traunt on Athenas (boss kill) → fast travel to Slaughter Shaft (mob farm) → back to Sanctuary to sell and restock. This route hits the three fastest bosses plus an arena in about 15 minutes and maximizes your loot per hour.

Honestly unlocking all the fast travel stations is one of those things that seems tedious while you're doing it but becomes incredibly valuable once you start farming endgame content, the new fast travel from anywhere feature in BL4 means having more stations unlocked directly translates to less walking and more shooting, which is what we're all here for anyway
